RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your Lost Dog Studios purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

RETURNS

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must be included when applicable. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, damage, or other use may not be accepted.

To request a return, contact us at contact@shoplostdogstudios.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send merchandise back before receiving return instructions from us.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Lost Dog Studios.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Lost Dog Studios is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact contact@shoplostdogstudios.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise fail to meet our return requirements cannot be returned.

Gift cards and merchandise specifically marked Final Sale are also non-returnable, except where otherwise required by law.

EXCHANGES

Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. If you need another size or item, contact us at contact@shoplostdogstudios.com and we will let you know what options are available.

LIMITED RELEASE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain limited-release, promotional, discounted, or other merchandise may be designated Final Sale. When applicable, this designation will be displayed before purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. We therefore cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.
