SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Lost Dog Studios.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after an order is placed.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from the shipping carrier's delivery time.
During product releases, holidays, periods of high order volume, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Lost Dog Studios currently ships within the United States only.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Lost Dog Studios.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation containing their tracking information.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact contact@shoplostdogstudios.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Lost Dog Studios is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays or delivery issues may occur outside of our direct control.
If your tracking information indicates a problem with your shipment, contact contact@shoplostdogstudios.com and we will assist you with determining the appropriate next steps.
DAMAGED PACKAGES OR ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at contact@shoplostdogstudios.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
